Terms of Service

Veblika is a business software platform. You may use it for any lawful business purpose. You are responsible for your account, including keeping your login credentials secure and all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Veblika. If you are using Veblika on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company to these terms.

You own your data. Veblika does not claim any ownership over the content or data you input into the platform. We only use your data to provide you with the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you upload to Veblika. Do not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

You agree not to use Veblika to: • Violate any applicable law or regulation • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others • Send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited commercial communications • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or any third-party systems • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Veblika platform We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Free plans are available indefinitely at no charge. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, as selected at sign-up. Prices are shown in US dollars unless otherwise specified. You may cancel your paid plan at any time. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial periods, except where required by applicable law. We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. We'll notify you by email before any price change takes effect.

We aim for 99.9% platform uptime on paid plans. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime resulting from factors outside our reasonable control, including internet outages or third-party service failures. We do not offer service credits for downtime on free plans.

Veblika and all related trademarks, logos, software, and content are owned by Veblika and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to use our branding or intellectual property outside of your normal use of the platform. If you provide feedback or suggestions about Veblika, you grant us the right to use that feedback freely without any obligation to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veblika is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. On termination, your data will be deleted from our systems within 30 days, unless we are required by law to retain it. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms or if we are required to do so by law. We will notify you by email where reasonably possible.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. If you continue to use Veblika after the new terms take effect, you accept the updated terms.
